Unless you cancel your order within 2 working days after full payment has been made, the acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and Chirag Export will occur when the goods have been dispatched. This means that once the goods are on their way to you, your order is considered finalized and binding.
To cancel your contract, you must notify us of your decision within the specified 2 working days. Please do so by sending an email to mukeshcom665@gmail.com with the subject heading ‘Cancellation’. In your email, kindly include your order number and address to help us process your request efficiently.
If you decide to return the goods after the 2 working day cancellation period has passed, please note that any such returns will be at the discretion of Chirag Export. This means we will review each return request on a case-by-case basis and will determine if we can accept the return under the circumstances.
